Verse 5

On the sixteenth the Lord appeared to him and said to him: ‘Jacob, Jacob’. He said: ‘Yes’? He said to him: ‘I am the God of your fathers — the God of Abraham and Isaac. Do not be afraid to go down to Egypt because I will make you into a great nation there.
