Verse 3

He put up the higher doorway of the house of the Lord, and did much building on the wall of the Ophel.

2 Chr 33:14 : 14 After this he made an outer wall for the town of David, on the west side of Gihon in the valley, as far as the way into the town by the fish doorway; and he put a very high wall round the Ophel; and he put captains of the army in all the walled towns of Judah.
Neh 3:26-27 : 26 (Now the Nethinim were living in the Ophel, as far as the place facing the water doorway to the east, and the tower which comes out.) 27 After him the Tekoites were making good another part, opposite the great tower which comes out, and up to the wall of the Ophel.
Jer 20:2 : 2 And Pashhur gave blows to Jeremiah and had his feet chained in a framework of wood in the higher doorway of Benjamin, which was in the house of the Lord.
2 Chr 23:20 : 20 Then he took the captains of hundreds and the chiefs and the rulers of the people and all the people of the land, and they came down with the king from the house of the Lord through the higher doorway into the king's house, and put the king on the seat of the kingdom.
