Verse 4

Then anyone who, hearing the sound of the horn, does not take note of it, will himself be responsible for his death, if the sword comes and takes him away.

2 Sam 1:16 : 16 And David said to him, May your blood be on your head; for your mouth has given witness against you, saying, I have put to death the man marked with the holy oil.
1 Kgs 2:37 : 37 For be certain that on the day when you go out and go over the stream Kidron, death will overtake you: and your blood will be on your head.
