Verse 5

And they took the things ordered by Moses, before the Tent of meeting, and all the people came near, waiting before the Lord.

Exod 19:17 : 17 And Moses made the people come out of their tents and take their places before God; and they came to the foot of the mountain,
Deut 31:12 : 12 Make all the people come together, men and women and children, and anyone from another country who is with you, so that hearing they may become wise in the fear of the Lord your God, and take care to do all the words of this law;
1 Chr 15:3 : 3 And David made all Israel come together at Jerusalem, to take the ark of the Lord to its place, which he had got ready for it.
2 Chr 5:2-3 : 2 Then Solomon sent for all the responsible men of Israel, all the chiefs of the tribes and the heads of families of the children of Israel, to come to Jerusalem and take the ark of the Lord's agreement up out of the town of David, which is Zion. 3 And all the men of Israel came together to the king at the feast in the seventh month.
Neh 8:1 : 1 And when the seventh month came, the children of Israel were in their towns. And all the people came together like one man into the wide place in front of the water-doorway; and they made a request to Ezra the scribe that he would put before them the book of the law of Moses which the Lord had given to Israel.
