<To the chief music-maker. Of David. A Psalm.> God of my praise, let my prayer be answered;

Deut 10:21 : 21 He is your God, the God of your praise, your God who has done for you all these works of power which your eyes have seen.
Ps 28:1 : 1 <Of David.> My cry goes up to you, O Lord, my Rock; do not keep back your answer from me, so that I may not become like those who go down into the underworld.
