14Then he said, 'The God of our ancestors has chosen you to know His will, to see the Righteous One, and to hear words from His mouth.
15For you will be His witness to all people of what you have seen and heard.
21All who heard him were amazed and said, "Isn’t this the man who raised havoc in Jerusalem among those who call on this name? And didn’t he come here to take them as prisoners to the chief priests?"
26When Saul arrived in Jerusalem, he tried to join the disciples, but they were all afraid of him, not believing that he was a disciple.
27But Barnabas took him and brought him to the apostles. He explained to them how Saul had seen the Lord on the road, that the Lord had spoken to him, and how in Damascus he had spoken boldly in the name of Jesus.
