Give thanks to the LORD, call on His name, make His deeds known among the nations.

Glory in His holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice.

Seek the LORD and His strength; seek His presence continually.

Seek the LORD, and his strength: seek his face evermore.

Remember the wonders He has done, His miracles, and the judgments He has spoken.

Remember his marvellous works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;

Descendants of Abraham, His servant, children of Jacob, His chosen ones.

O ye seed of Abraham his servant, ye children of Jacob his chosen.

He is the LORD our God; His judgments are in all the earth.

He remembers His covenant forever, the word He commanded for a thousand generations.

He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.

The covenant He made with Abraham, and His oath to Isaac.

Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac;

He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as an everlasting covenant.

And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant:

Saying, 'To you I will give the land of Canaan as the portion of your inheritance.'

Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance:

When they were few in number, very few, and strangers in the land.

When they were but a few men in number; yea, very few, and strangers in it.

They wandered from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another people.

When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people;

He allowed no one to oppress them; He rebuked kings on their account.

He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes;

'Do not touch My anointed ones, and do not harm My prophets.'

Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

He called famine upon the land; He broke the supply of bread.

Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of bread.

He sent a man ahead of them—Joseph, who was sold as a slave.

They afflicted his feet with shackles; his soul was laid in iron chains.

Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron:

Until the time his word came to pass, the word of the LORD tested him.

The king sent and released him; the ruler of the nations set him free.

He made him lord of his household and ruler of all his possessions.

To bind his officials as he desired and to teach his elders wisdom.

Then Israel came to Egypt; Jacob lived as a foreigner in the land of Ham.

The LORD made his people very fruitful and made them stronger than their adversaries.

And he increased his people greatly; and made them stronger than their enemies.

He turned their hearts to hate his people, to deal craftily with his servants.

Then he brought them out with silver and gold, and none among his tribes stumbled.

so that they might keep His statutes and observe His laws. Praise the LORD!
