Transliteration

If ʾim-three šānîm rāʿāb, and if wĕʾim-three ḥŏdāšîm nispê from before ṣārêkā and ḥereb ʾôyĕbêkā lĕmaśśeget, and if wĕʾim-three yāmîm ḥereb YHWH and deber in the bāʾāreṣ and malʾak YHWH mašḥît in all gĕbûl yiśrāʾēl. And wĕʿattâ rĕʾê what-ʾāšîb ʾet-šōlĕḥî dābār.
