6But in the twenty-third year of King Jehoash, the priests had not repaired the breaches of the house.

10And they put it into the hand of the workmen who had the oversight of the house of the LORD, and they gave it to the workmen who worked in the house of the LORD, to repair and amend the house:
11Even to the craftsmen and builders they gave it, to buy hewn stone, timber for couplings, and to floor the houses which the kings of Judah had destroyed.

15Moreover, they did not require an accounting from the men into whose hand they delivered the money to pay the workmen because they dealt faithfully.
16The guilt money and sin money were not brought into the house of the LORD; it was the priests’.
11Now it came to pass, that when the chest was brought to the king's office by the hand of the Levites, and when they saw that there was much money, the king's scribe and the high priest's officer came and emptied the chest, and took it, and carried it to its place again. Thus they did day by day, and gathered money in abundance.
12And the king and Jehoiada gave it to those who did the work of the service of the house of the LORD, and hired masons and carpenters to repair the house of the LORD, and also those who worked in iron and bronze to mend the house of the LORD.
13So the workmen worked, and the work was completed by them, and they set the house of God in its state, and strengthened it.
