And the LORD God said to the serpent, Because you have done this, you are cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; on your belly you shall go, and you shall eat dust all the days of your life:

12When you till the ground, it shall no longer yield to you its strength; a fugitive and a wanderer you shall be on the earth.
22Then the LORD God said, Behold, the man has become like one of Us, to know good and evil. And now, lest he put out his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever:
23Therefore the LORD God sent him out of the garden of Eden to till the ground from which he was taken.

7If you do well, shall you not be accepted? and if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And unto you shall be his desire, and you shall rule over him.
13You shall tread upon the lion and the adder: the young lion and the dragon you shall trample underfoot.
41And every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth shall be an abomination; it shall not be eaten.
42Whatever goes upon the belly, and whatever goes upon all fours, or whatever has many feet among all creeping things that creep upon the earth, them you shall not eat; for they are an abomination.
3And he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent, and Moses fled from it.
11But now, stretch out Your hand and touch all that he has, and he will surely curse You to Your face."

15And the LORD said to him, Therefore whoever slays Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the LORD set a mark upon Cain, lest anyone finding him should kill him.
3And I will bless those who bless you, and curse him who curses you: and in you shall all families of the earth be blessed.
32At the last it bites like a serpent, and stings like a viper.
