28Pharaoh said,“I will release you so that you may sacrifice to the LORD your God in the wilderness. Only you must not go very far. Do pray for me.”
29Moses said,“I am going to go out from you and pray to the LORD, and the swarms of flies will go away from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people tomorrow. Only do not let Pharaoh deal falsely again by not releasing the people to sacrifice to the LORD.”
30So Moses went out from Pharaoh and prayed to the LORD,
8Then Pharaoh summoned Moses and Aaron and said,“Pray to the LORD that he may take the frogs away from me and my people, and I will release the people that they may sacrifice to the LORD.”
9Moses said to Pharaoh,“You may have the honor over me– when shall I pray for you, your servants, and your people, for the frogs to be removed from you and your houses, so that they will be left only in the Nile?”
11But Moses sought the favor of the LORD his God and said,“O LORD, why does your anger burn against your people, whom you have brought out from the land of Egypt with great power and with a mighty hand?
12Why should the Egyptians say,‘For evil he led them out to kill them in the mountains and to destroy them from the face of the earth’? Turn from your burning anger, and relent of this evil against your people.
17So now, let the power of my Lord be great, just as you have said,
25Now please forgive my sin! Go back with me so I can worship the LORD.”
8Moses quickly bowed to the ground and worshiped
9and said,“If now I have found favor in your sight, O Lord, let my Lord go among us, for we are a stiff-necked people; pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us for your inheritance.”
15But if you are going to deal with me like this, then kill me immediately. If I have found favor in your sight then do not let me see my trouble.”

3So Moses and Aaron came to Pharaoh and told him,“This is what the LORD, the God of the Hebrews, has said:‘How long do you refuse to humble yourself before me? Release my people so that they may serve me!
7Then the people came to Moses and said,“We have sinned, for we have spoken against the LORD and against you. Pray to the LORD that he would take away the snakes from us.” So Moses prayed for the people.
30Saul again replied,“I have sinned. But please honor me before the elders of my people and before Israel. Go back with me so I may worship the LORD your God.”
17‘Tell Joseph this: Please forgive the sin of your brothers and the wrong they did when they treated you so badly.’ Now please forgive the sin of the servants of the God of your father.” When this message was reported to him, Joseph wept.

31Pharaoh summoned Moses and Aaron in the night and said,“Get up, get out from among my people, both you and the Israelites! Go, serve the LORD as you have requested!
13Now if I have found favor in your sight, show me your way, that I may know you, that I may continue to find favor in your sight. And see that this nation is your people.”
12Then Moses and Aaron went out from Pharaoh, and Moses cried to the LORD because of the frogs that he had brought on Pharaoh.
26I prayed to him: O, Sovereign LORD, do not destroy your people, your valued property that you have powerfully redeemed, whom you brought out of Egypt by your strength.
18And Moses said,“Show me your glory.”
15For by now I could have stretched out my hand and struck you and your people with plague, and you would have been destroyed from the earth.
18Then Judah approached him and said,“My lord, please allow your servant to speak a word with you. Please do not get angry with your servant, for you are just like Pharaoh.
23and I said to you,‘Let my son go that he may serve me,’ but since you have refused to let him go, I will surely kill your son, your firstborn!”’”
19For I was terrified at the LORD’s intense anger that threatened to destroy you. But he listened to me this time as well.
4As for me, I said:“O LORD, have mercy on me! Heal me, for I have sinned against you!
11For the sake of your reputation, O LORD, forgive my sin, because it is great.
