8But you, O LORD, laugh in disgust at them; you taunt all the nations.

1The LORD reigns! Let the earth be happy! Let the many coastlands rejoice!
7But the LORD rules forever; he reigns in a just manner.
4I am a laughingstock to my friends, I, who called on God and whom he answered– a righteous and blameless man is a laughingstock!
11Let the sky rejoice, and the earth be happy! Let the sea and everything in it shout!
