7Therefore thus saith the Lord God, I haue lifted vp mine hand, surely the heathen that are about you, shal beare their shame.
8But you, O mountaines of Israel, yee shall shoote forth your branches, and bring foorth your fruite to my people of Israel: for they are ready to come.
9I wil make thee perpetual desolations, and thy cities shall not returne, and ye shall knowe that I am the Lord.
10Because thou hast said, These two nations, and these two countreys shalbe mine, and we wil possesse them (seeing the Lord was there)
11Therefore as I liue, sayth the Lorde God, I wil euen do according to thy wrath, and according to thine indignation which thou hast vsed in thine hatred against them: & I wil make my selfe knowen among them whe I haue iudged thee.
12And thou shalt know, that I the Lord haue heard all thy blasphemies which thou hast spoken against the mountaines of Israel, saying, They lye waste, they are giuen vs to be deuoured.
13Thus with your mouthes ye haue boasted against me, & haue multiplied your words against me: I haue heard them.
14Thus sayth the Lorde God, So shall all the world reioyce when I shal make thee desolate.
15As thou diddest reioyce at the inheritance of the house of Israel, because it was desolate, so will I doe vnto thee: thou shalt be desolate, O mount Seir, and all Idumea wholly, & they shall know, that I am the Lord.
12Yea, I wil cause men to walke vpon you, euen my people Israel, and they shall possesse you, and ye shalbe their inheritance, and ye shal no more henceforth depriue them of men.
13Thus sayth the Lord God, because they say vnto you, Thou land deuourest vp men, & hast bene a waster of thy people,

6For thus saith the Lord God, Because thou hast clapped the hands, and stamped with the feete, and reioyced in heart with all thy despite against the land of Israel,

12Which haue said, Let vs take for our possession the habitations of God.

5Thou shalt fall vpon the open fielde: for I haue spoken it, sayth the Lord God.
28For I will lay the land desolate and waste, and the pompe of her strength shall cease: and the moutaines of Israel shalbe desolate, and none shall passe through.
24Sonne of man, these that dwel in the desolate places of the land of Israel, talke and say, Abraham was but one, and hee possessed the lande: but we are many, therefore the lande shall be giuen vs in possession.
34And the desolate land shalbe tilled, whereas it lay waste in the sight of all that passed by.
35For they sayd, This waste land was like the garden of Eden, and these waste & desolate and ruinous cities were strong, and were inhabited.
36Then the residue of the heathen that are left round about you, shal know that I the Lord builde the ruinous places, and plant the desolate places: I the Lord haue spoken it, and wil do it.
10This shall they haue for their pride, because they haue reproched and magnified themselues against the Lord of hostes people.
4In that daye shall they take vp a parable against you, and lament with a dolefull lamentation, and say, We be vtterly wasted: hee hath changed the portion of my people: how hath he taken it away to restore it vnto mee? he hath deuided our fieldes.

8And when I make the lande waste, because they haue greatly offended, saith the Lord God.

12Therefore shall Zion for your sake bee plowed as a field, & Ierusalem shalbe an heape, and the mountaine of the house, as the hye places of the forest.
