Verse 18

And the remnant{H3498}{(H8737)} of the oil{H8081} that is in the priest's{H3548} hand{H3709} he shall pour{H5414}{(H8799)} upon the head{H7218} of him that is to be cleansed{H2891}{(H8693)}: and the priest{H3548} shall make an atonement{H3722}{(H8765)} for him before{H6440} the LORD{H3068}.
