  • 10The bricks have fallen down, but we will build with hewn stones; the sycamores are cut down, but we will replace them with cedars.

  • 11And she had strong rods for scepters of those who bore rule, and her stature was exalted among the thick branches, and she appeared in her height with the multitude of her branches.

  • 9In that day his strong cities shall be as a forsaken bough, and an uppermost branch, which they left because of the children of Israel: and there shall be desolation.

  • 20Go up to Lebanon, and cry; and lift up your voice in Bashan, and cry from the passages: for all your lovers are destroyed.

  • 21And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall punish the host of the high ones who are on high, and the kings of the earth on the earth.
