7And it was so, after the LORD had spoken these words to Job, the LORD said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My anger is aroused against you and your two friends, for you have not spoken of Me what is right, as My servant Job has.
8Therefore take for yourselves seven bulls and seven rams, go to My servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering, and My servant Job shall pray for you. For I will accept him, lest I deal with you according to your foolishness, for you have not spoken of Me what is right, as My servant Job has.

10Have you not made a hedge around him, around his house, and around all that he has on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his possessions have increased in the land.
11But now, stretch out Your hand and touch all that he has, and he will surely curse You to Your face."
12And the LORD said to Satan, "Behold, all that he has is in your power; only do not put forth your hand on himself." So Satan went out from the presence of the LORD.

2How long will you vex my soul and break me in pieces with words?
31Yet You will plunge me into the pit, and my own clothes will abhor me.
14And he shall break it as the breaking of the potter's vessel that is broken in pieces; he shall not spare: so that there shall not be found among its fragments a shard to take fire from the hearth, or to take water from the pit.
1After this, Job opened his mouth and cursed his day.

9For I have eaten ashes like bread and mixed my drink with weeping,
30Under him are sharp stones; he spreads sharp pointed things upon the mire.
5My flesh is clothed with worms and clods of dust; my skin is broken and becomes loathsome.
