Judges and officers you shall make for yourself in all your gates, which the LORD your God gives you, throughout your tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment.

    10You shall do according to the decision they give you at the place which the LORD chooses, and you shall be careful to do according to all that they instruct you.
