Da sprach Jeremia zu Zedekia: So spricht der HERR, der Gott der Heerscharen, der Gott Israels: Wenn du gewiss hinausgehst zu den Fürsten des Königs von Babylon, so wird deine Seele am Leben bleiben, und diese Stadt wird nicht mit Feuer verbrannt werden; und du wirst leben, du und dein Haus.
